Art. 812 Valvola a sfera in 5 pezzi con tronchetti a saldare. Questa valvola permette la saldatura delle estremità senza alcun rischio di rovinare le sedi a causa dell’aumento della temperatura quando la valvola viene saldata.
E’ sufficente smontare I bulloni, saldare all’impianto I due nippli e riavvitare I bulloni. Questa valvola permette anche una facile pulizia e manutenzione perché si possono sempre smontare e rimontare I due bulloni del corpo
Le esecuzioni standard sono:
Corpo, bulloni e nippli in acciaio al carbonio ASTM A 105 e sfera in inox AISI 410
Corpo e sfera in acciaio inox AISI 316
Art. 812 Screw-in type ball valve, in 5 pieces with long welding nipples with body ASTM A 105, ball in stainless steel AISI 420, or body in stainless steel AISI 316L and ball AISI 316. PTFE or Derlin seats, PTFE gaskets between valve and nipples, full (T) or reduced (R), bore, fire safe design, anti blow-up stem, welding ends
This valve allows welding the ends without any temperature risk to the seats.
It is sufficient to unscrew the to bolts, to weld on the plant the 2 welding nipples and after the welding to screw the two bolts into the body of the valve.
This system allow also an easy maintenance of the valve because it is always possible to disassemble the central body for cleaning etc
